How It Work

Discover the step-by-step process of how a hair system restores your natural look effortlessly.

Now Its Time For You Try Our Hair Systems

Step 1: Initial Consultation (Free & Confidential)

Your journey begins with a relaxed, no-pressure consultation in our private clinic. In this session, we: Discuss your needs and expectations We'll talk about your lifestyle, hair goals, and what you're hoping to achieve with a hair system. Assess your current hair and scalp condition This helps us determine the best type of base, hair density, and attachment method for you.

Step 2: System Creation & Customisation

Once your template and specifications are finalized: We send your template and custom requests to our production team Each hair system is hand-tied and carefully crafted over several weeks to match your exact requirements. Timeline: Custom systems typically take 6–8 weeks to complete. Stock systems (non-custom) are also available for faster turnaround.

Step 3: Fitting & Styling Appointment

Once your hair system arrives, we'll book your fitting session. This is where the transformation really happens! Scalp prep & attachment Your scalp is cleaned and prepped with professional-grade adhesive or tape based on your chosen attachment method (daily wear or extended wear). Hair system application Your new system is carefully bonded to your scalp for a seamless, natural look. Custom cut & blend We cut and blend the hair system into your existing hair (if applicable) to create a natural, personalized style.

Step 4: Education & Aftercare Guidance

Before you leave, we make sure you feel 100% confident in caring for your new hair. Home care routine We teach you how to shampoo, condition, and style your system at home. Recommended products You'll receive a list of recommended hair system-friendly products to keep your hair looking fresh. Attachment & removal instructions We show you how to maintain your bond, and for daily wear systems, how to reapply adhesives or tapes safely.

Step 5: Ongoing Maintenance

Hair systems, like natural hair, require regular care to stay in great condition. In-salon maintenance appointments Every 3–5 weeks (depending on the attachment method), we recommend coming in for professional detachment, scalp cleaning, system rebonding, and restyling. System lifespan Most systems last 3–6 months, depending on the base type, lifestyle, and maintenance routine. When it's time for a replacement, we'll have your next system ready to go. Backup systems Many clients opt for two systems, allowing for seamless rotation while one is being cleaned or repaired.
